Using innovative packaging and flexible pouches that take advantage of the latest aluminium and plastic laminate technologies, JATRA has developed a highly specialised niche range of flavour-enhancers, sauces and curries. They include:

• Wasabi-based products, such as wasabi infused oill, creamy wasabi-flavoured sauces, wasabi dressings, wasabi paste, and wasabi powder.

Using oil extracted from wasabi plants grown on the lush Canterbury Plains, Pirhana brand wasabi products are available in New Zealand and around the world.

• Indian meals and sauces, using the spices and flavours unique to Indian food from recipes created by JATRA’s internationally experienced professional chefs.

• Seafood soups and sauces, chilled and frozen. JATRA chefs have developed a range of tempting treats, including clam chowder, mussel chowder, paua soup, and lobster bisque.

• General sauces, including white sauces, cheese sauces, gravies and demi-glaze.
